[Dx4win] Reminder - the DX4WIN Data Updater is not for Version 9.01 and later

I have had to remind two people today that the DX4WIN Data Updater is
not supposed to be used for DX4WIN 9.01 and later.  The correct way to
update your files is by clicking:

    Help | Check for Updates

from the DX4WIN main menu.

If I have time this weekend, I will be releasing a version of the
updater that detects if you are trying to update DX4WIN 9.0x and
reminds you of the proper way to update files.  This way, you will not
get the false sense that the Updater did something.
