[Dx4win] B8.05 ADIF problem

Hi Arne,

For an ADIF export, the program checks if we write using a filter called
"ADIF"; when that is the case,
we use a table inside the country database to map from our internal country
number to the DXCC
number used for ADIF. When you see something different coming out I suspect
that the list of
import/export filters is broken or the country database is damaged.

Btw, I did a quick test, and it works here as expected.
