[Dx4win] New DOK number

[Jim Reisert AD1C]

You need to merge the DOK and SDOK awards, so the [SDOK] part goes
away leaving just [DLD].

The problem is they are not adjacent in the file, I need to fix that.
Give me a couple of days.
