Hello Will,

What do you mean by "fix" them?  Those fields populate when you make a DXCC
(or other award) submission through DX4WIN.  If you already have several (or
several hundred) DXCC credits with the League but have not yet entered this
information into DX4WIN, you can use AD1C's utility program to help:
http://dx4win.ad1c.us/lotw/index.html 
This will not be a trivial process, but by following Jim's instructions, you
can match your credits with the League  to your dx4win records.
