[Dx4win] DX4WIN Data Updater issue - IOTA

I tried to send this on Monday, but it's not in the archives, so maybe
it did not go out.  Trying again.


The old RSGB IOTA site is gone.  That site was the source of the
"fulllist.xml" file that is needed for DX4WIN 8.05 and earlier.  Until
I determine if that file still exists, you may encounter errors trying
to run the Updater.

Remember, this applies to DX4WIN 8.05 and earlier.  9.01 and later
have built-in update capability through the Help menu.
