Hi Folks,

A few notes about this release.  The notes apply only to DX4WIN 9.0x users:

1.  Paul has updated the server so that "Help | Check for Updates"
will pull down the new files.

2.  For those of you who worked TX0M on IOTA OC-297, you can now set
the IOTA Island field for your QSOs to "Morane"

3.  I added a lot of IOTA in Oceania and Alaska to the country file.
These are callsigns I found in DX cluster spots starting January 1,
2010.  Read the release notes to see the full list.  I will be adding
Europe, South and North America as time allows.

4.  It would be useful for people to check the IOTA in their DX4WIN
logs against the database.  You can find the instructions here:

    I have found and fixed many errors both in my database and in
other people's logs.  Please report legitimate errors to me so I can
fix them.

    Note that FO0CLA during 2000 might give false errors.  I found
this checking my own log.  I will fix this in the next country file
release.
