[Dx4win] Searching for specific RST does not work in 9.04

I would like to add my voice to the subject - I would also like to see 
this mode specific - have been asking for it for years (ever since it 
changed from being 2 chars in SSB years ago).  Far too easy to make a 
mistake when logging then you have to grab the mouse and get back to 
edit it all - not good in a pileup.
