[Dx4win] Error code when starting dx4win 9.04

Hi all:

I am getting an error code for dx4win at startup. the message reads:

"The code execution cannot proceed because TVicHW32.dll was not found."

Dx4win seems to run fine after I close the error code message.

Has anyone seen this and does anyone know of a solution?
