[Dx4win] error code when starting dx4win 9.04

Hi all:

I am getting an error code for dx4win at startup. the message reads:

"The code execution cannot proceed because TVicHW32.dll was not found."

dx4win seems to run fine after I close the error code message.

has anyone seen this and what is the solution?
