[Dx4win] Window positions changing on reboot

Hello Barry,

Under File > Preferences > Screen make sure you have the box "Leave all
windows in original position" checked.  You may also have to write a new INI
file.  File > Preferences > File.

Recently migrated DX4WIN 8.05 from a Win7 computer to a Win10 computer.  
Everything is good, except... the Previous QSOs and DXCC grid windows 
don't hold their previous position when I reboot.  AM I missing a 
setting somewhere to save the windows' positions?
