I can’t find adif.pmp file in dx4w805\SAVE\adif.pmp
I found it in a 2014 unzipped cty. file.
I copied it and pasted adif.pmp into dx4win\save directory.
Is this the correct thing to do?

with LoTW"

Hi Folks,
Some of you may have used this program to compare your DXCC award
credits in DX4WIN with those in the ARRL Logbook of the World system.
It's far easier than tracking down a discrepancy by hand, i.e. ARRL
says you have 301 entities confirmed on 17m, but DX4WIN shows 300 (or
302).

Leo, IZ5FSA discovered today that the program does not work with
DX4WIN 9.01. The program uses a prefix mapping file that is only
present in DX4WIN versions 8.05 and earlier.
To work around the problem, copy the file from 8.05 (or earlier) to 9.01:
dx4w805\SAVE\adif.pmp => dx4w901\SAVE\adif.pmp
I will have to modify the program to fix this. The simplest fix is to
embed the prefix mapping table directly into the program, because
there is no equivalent data file in DX4WIN 9.01. The downside is that
if any entities are added or removed from the ARRL DXCC list, the
program could require an update.
