[Dx4win] SOTA Custom Award in 9.01

The SOTA (Summits on the Air) custom award in DX4WIN 8.05 and earlier
needed to be split up into separate awards because the "codes" were
too long (there would have been overlap).

This is fixed in 9.01 and there is now a single SOTA award.  You must
run the "Check Custom Awards" multiple QSO operation to see this.
