[Dx4win] IC-7100 interface

Hello Paul/Guy,
I'm testing V9 while waiting for the licence.
I have the radio (IC-7100) configured as usual. When DX4win starts and reads the radio frequency (Radio frequency control window), USB is reported as FSK441. 
LSB is correctly reported as SSB. 
The same things happens hitting the "read" button.

On the side, it would be great to read USB-D (digital) too.
