[Dx4win] Importing DXCC checked status in new logfile

Dick, do not import the log.  Copy the PA3FQA.dxl file from your old
SAVE directory to your new SAVE directory.  Then in 9.01, open the log
file in the new SAVE directory.  Your DXCC status should be the same.
