[Dx4win] Upgrade to 9.01

Upgraded to 9.01 last night and having heard some folks report issues expected some myself however no problems found.  New license key arrived within a couple of hours of purchasing upgrade.  Saved configuration file from version 8.05 loaded in 9.01 and everything works fine including communications to both radios.  Changed all my FT8 contacts originally saved as TOR to correct mode so I'm very happy with the upgrade so far.


Many thanks to Paul and the numerous others who helped get this new version released.
