[Dx4win] Upgrade from 8.05 to 9

Version 9 will run on XP Pro.  I tested it on an old IBM ThinkPad but did not try it with a radio connected. 
Ron, it doesn't update automatically like Windows. We control when we ask for updates.  I'll try exactly what you propose to do and let you know if it works.

Download 9.01 and try it.  You can not save or print without a license
key.  This way you can tell whether it works on XP or not before
spending money on an upgrade.  Post your results to the reflector.
