[Dx4win] FW: USING FT8

when i started using ft8 two weeks ago,
  i 'started to migrate' toward dxlabs  so far just 50 countries/100q 
in the log,.

News of a DX4WIN major update is exciting  as I also have been a user since
beginning of time,,,    a resuscitation, just in time......
