Hello Ron,

In version 8:
File > Preferences > File > Write INI File
Remember where you save it (desktop is convenient)

In version 9:
File Preferences > File > Load Configuration File
Load your dx4win.ini file from version 8
Save Changes and Exit

This probably won't have ALL of your settings (can't remember exactly).
Update all settings, arrange the windows to your liking, then do
File > Preferences > File > Write Configuration File
Save Changes and Exit.

 Today I had time to update to the latest version.

 Wondering if the "conf.-at contains the  "Setup Parameters"? Can I copy
and paste to the new version to hold all my settings?
