[Dx4win] Question re "Talk messages & Announcements"

GM & Happy Thanksgiving to my southern neighbours

I’m using the new Ver 9.0.3.1160 

Every time I open the application a window opens called "Talk messages & Announcements".   Its the same screen as if I went to the DX Spots window and clicked on “View Announcements”  

How can I set this up so that it does NOT automatically open when I invoke the program?
