Hello John,

Haven’t tried Hamcall, but here are the settings for QRZ:

File > Preferences > Ext Data
Data Source = QRZ Online
Website callsign lookup = http://www.qrz.com/db/  
Check Enabled

If you have XML access to QRZ:
Online callsign lookup = Enabled
Initial Callsign lookup address =
http://xmldata.qrz.com/xml/current/?username=[USERNAME];password=[PASSWORD];
agent=[PROGRAM]
Callsign lookup address =
http://xmldata.qrz.com/xml/current/?s=[SESSIONID];callsign=[CALLSIGN] 

Fill in your QRZ user name and password.  
Screen shot sent to you directly - it was too big for the reflector.
