[Dx4win] Duplicate entries are not shown

And I hope it stays that way!!!   I love the option to select time vs arrival.  I often switch to arrival during a major DXpedition to see all the QSX frequencies.

That's exactly right.  If you sort by time, duplicates on the same
band/mode within a certain time window are filtered out.  Only the
most recent spot is shown.

If you sort by arrival, you'll see all spots as they arrive.  DX4WIN
has always worked this way.
