[Dx4win] Prefix anomaly?

The Country editor has not yet been enabled in V9.  This has been mentioned
on here several times.

I presume that VK9GMW maps to Mellish Reef only for the duration of that
operation.  So, if you enter that call in today's date, it won't map to
Mellish Reef because he's not currently there!

In 2009 Ha7RY activated VK9GMW on Mellish Reef. If I type that call in the
Callsign block,

it shows as Norfolk island. If I do a search on the VK9M prefix, VK9GMW
shows up as worked

with the other Mellish QSOs.

Also, I can't access the country database. I get "Country editor not
available" 
message even when I

close the log.
