[Dx4win] Duplicate entries are not shown

Duplicate entries in the DX Spots Window are being filtered out.
Any way to disable this behavior? I checked the help file but
nothing found.

>From the DX Spots Window help:
"Duplicate entries are not shown, and a later announcement of
the same call on the same band and mode will update the time
shown in the spot. When sorting by 'Arrival', only true duplicate
spots will be filtered."
