[Dx4win] Problem Getting DX4Win to work on a new computer

Hi Carol,

I'd argue that yes, you should upgrade, but there is a simple solution:

I found this in the archive from Paul from January 2005:

Paul,

The example given was for winNT/XP. For Windows/98 there is a different
driver and destination directory. From the on-line help:

for Win/95/98:
Windows\System\Vichw11.vxd

for Win/NT/2000/XP:
WinNT\System32\Divers\Vichw11.sys

I made some modifications in 6.04 to see if we can eliminate the problem.
