[Dx4win] ADIF import filter

Paul,

Thank you for your email. I just came to the 4U1WB shack and saved the
DX4WIN.iep file that Jim, AD1C, sent me in the SAVE folder. Lee, N7NU, also
suggested the same solution. Everything is fine now.
