[Dx4win] Dx4win updater won't start

No rush on this (I've waited this long) but I downloaded Dx4win updater 9.4.
Install seemed to go well, but when I click on the desktop icon I get the
following:

 

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to
close the application.

 

I checked the Dx4win data updater page and, while the page shows several
error messages, this isn't one of them. Any ideas? Thanks!
