You could try using the IC-7600 radio driver (selection), but change
the hex address code from 7A to 94.  Let us know if that works.

Otherwise, you might want to take a look at the N4PY Radio Interface software:

    http://www.n4py.com/

It does support the IC-7300 (look for "New features now available").
It acts as kind of a software "shim" between the radio and DX4WIN.  If
I recall, it interfaces to DX4WIN using one of the Ten-Tec radio
selections.  I have tried it in the past, but did not have a permanent
need for it.  It's actually a solution for any radio for which DX4WIN
does not provide a built-in rig driver.
