[Dx4win] I can't install DX4Win version 7 under Windows 7

Hello all!

Well, is not me, but a friend of mine, who upgraded to Windows7, and now 
he is unable to install his registeres Dx4Win version 7 under the new 
system.

Any ideas?  Many thanks beforehand...
