[Dx4win] Set QSL Label Flag In Log

Not too thrilled with the subject to this query but couldn't figure out 
how to say it in a few words...

I know I have seen it somewhere but can't find it at the moment. How do 
I select under what conditions the QSL Label flag gets set in the log 
entry screen. Looked in the help screens but could not figure out how to 
narrow the search.
