[Dx4win] VUCC & LOTW

Thanks Jim. It sounds like we are on pretty much the same path at the
moment and QSL on the 'LOTW Award' vs confirmations.
I had the same thought (naturally after I sent my query) as to doing the
VUCC submission with filters so hopefully that will take some of the
pain away. Will also take a look at K1MU's utility if I can find it.
