[Dx4win] vc_redist.x86.exe fails to install

By way of update, I managed to install the missing 140.dll file by accessing the Microsoft site.  The new version of Update is now working fine.

I did have the very latest updates to the OS installed, but it seems that this particular dll file was not present.

I had the trouble with the VCRUNTIME140.DLL file

OS WIN 10, fully updated.

Solution was to reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x86 the it all worked ok.
