[Dx4win] DX4WIN losing rotor contgrol USB

Hi,
Happened several times to me, sometimes because of RF feedback , sometimes for other reasons: Rotor control USB stops working, I reset it by plugging in and out the USB plug and must close and restart DX4WIN to have it active again.
Maybe in the next DX4WIN update (if it happens), it would be nice to have DX4WIN automatically re-check the USB ports if they get "lost".
One more idea fro Upgrade: have program to send email/SMS upon appearance on the Cluster of one of the prefixes entered in the "callsign alert" box !
