Ran old Updater tonight.  Then got the message that a new version would occur the next time I did it so I tried it again.  Got this message:

The program can’t start because VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing from your computer.  Try reinstalling program to fix this problem.

Is that what I really do as it worked fine a few minutes ago??
