[Dx4win] Cofig TS 2000x

  Can anyone Help me cofig a  TS 2000X with a NEW HP Notebook 
15-ay-163-nr . It has 3 USB ports. The one on the right is used by the 
printer. But the two on the left aren't being used. I plug into the one 
closest to the computer and it says it is comp. 3 the next one back is 
comp. 4. I was unable to get it working?  Doesn't anyone have a 
resolution to this situation ??

Pleas Advise?

I had a Windows 98 and it cofig. itself?
