[Dx4win] Updating/overriding country prefixes in DX4Win.

For some time I have been trying to have 4O5W, worked on 20 May, 2007, mapped to Serbia, from where it was actually located at the time, instead of Montenegro, which DX4Win stubbornly insists on doing.

I have tried, several times, to fix this within DX4Win but very obviously I have not being making the correct moves.

Could someone please guide me (and it would appear, given my track record on this issue, in some detail) to how this is done - once and for all time.
