[Dx4win] reinstalling and downloader

Thanks to everyone who helped especially Mark K6FG to get my DX4WIN put on another shack computer.  I also downloaded the latest Data Uploader from Jim (v. 8.04) and it took and I updated my items such as country files without problems.  I just went to Jim’s website and downloaded it.  

You know  you have too much stuff in the shack when it never all works at the same time
