Under Reports/Actions choose SUBMITTAL

I forget the details off the top of my head and don't want to mess up my log
to test right now.  It should just move the "C" to "S".  You can filter and
do it on the filtered items if you want.  I forget how I normally would do
it since I would probably have some duplicates for a band country.
