[Dx4win] Print QSL Cards

I was hoping to print directly on the back of my pre printed QSL
cards... This is my third call. I have three different cards (and
styles). I can do labels for the other other two. My current printer is
a Brother HL-5250. I also have a HP OfficeJet Pro 8610, but that has not
as easy to setup (as I can tell).
