Macro Commands List in the MITTY help file ("MITTY.chm").
Also the "commands" button in the MITTY macro editor (right
click on a macro to edit).

There is no %X macro

 From the help file: "The contest number portion in My EST."

Stop using an invalid macro symbol.  The "ding" is the *ERROR* sound.
