[Dx4win] 425 DX Calendar is causing the DX4WIN Data Updater to hang

There is something wrong with the 425 DX Calendar.  It's being
downloaded as an empty file, which causes the DX4WIN Data Updater to
hang.   Until I can fix the updater, you should disable this calendar.
I have contacted the author, and will report back here once it is
fixed.
