[Dx4win] DX4WIN utilities for Windows XP users?

Hi Folks,

I have a number of utilities available for DX4WIN users:

Most if not all of these utilities run on Windows Vista and later.  Is
anyone unable to use one of them because your PC is still running
Windows XP?  Drop me a line, I may be able to help you.  I believe I
know the secret recipe now.
