[Dx4win] Telnet

Recently I have been experiencing telnet connectivity problems ,
while using DX4WIN to access it.

I normally use VE7CC or VE3EY , I have tested others as well.

I can always connect without any problems , I always get dumped,
anywhere from 5 minutes to 12 hours.

For years and years I could stay connected for a week if I wanted to.

About 4 weeks ago for some reason my network card was shut off.
I went in and enabled it and all is fine , except telnet.

Any thoughts please ?
