[Dx4win] MTTY window

If it's doing it with the radio off, make sure that you have the input 
to MMTTY set to line in, and that you aren't using a webcame or other 
microphone which might be picking up other noises in your shack.  That's 
under Options->Setup->Sound Card on the RTTY Control panel window.

To change the function keys, right-click on them in the terminal window 
and select Edit Function Keys.
