[Dx4win] NPOTA calendar and membership list updated 16 January 2016

I have updated the ARRL National Parks on the Air calendar and
membership lists for DX4WIN.  You can find more information in this

I expect to add NPOTA to the DX4WIN Data Updater in the coming week.
It will automatically download the NPOTA callsigns into the Membership
List, flushing out old entries in the process.  I am still trying to
figure out how to automatically update the calendar.  I may need some
help from Paul on this one if I can't easily figure it out.
