[Dx4win] Importing papar logs

I started using DX4WIN from its first version and logged all contacts since up to the last version. But I have many thousands of QSOs in my paper log prior to DX4WIN use and do not dare to start entering QSOs one-by-one. 
Has anybody found a fast way to do it, like scanning, using OCR etc...How did it work and how much time it takes per 1000 QSOs??
