[Dx4win] Convert DX4WIN NPOTA Award Listing to Single Page

Hi Folks,

I have released a new program for DX4WIN users. It will generate a
one-page listing of your ARRL National Parks on the Air units,
suitable for printing. I find it's much easier to scan a one-page
sheet of paper next to the radio than to use F8 (search) in DX4WIN if
a NPOTA station is spotted on the DX cluster.

Please read the documentation completely before using the program. It
should answer any questions you may have.

I had planned for the program to create an .XLS spreadsheet with
colors and formatting. However, the program library I was going to use
was not compatible with my development environment. So there is a
little formatting you have to do by hand once you generate the
spreadsheet. Sorry about that!
