[Dx4win] TXing with MMTTY and PSK31?

For RTTY try F11 to start and escape to stop.  So long since I used PSK31
can't remember if it is the same or not.

I can receive in both modes, but can only transmit via the the function keys
(i.e., canned messages).

For some reason, I am unable to send from the KB. I type in the lower
window, press <enter> on the KB and nothing happens.

I'm using a MicroHam MK2 as the interface.

Thoughts?
