[Dx4win] DX4WIN Data Updater v. 8.02 released

Here here!  (Unfortunately, I've left DX4WIN for the time being - hopefully
a new major release will bring me back.)  Regardless, Jim does an
outstanding and seemingly untiring job supporting the various files used by
DX4WIN.
