[Dx4win] Country file updates

Tom sent me three specific callsigns and dates.  Two were not logged
correctly according to the QSL.  One was missing a "/1". The other had
a "/A" that should not have been there.  Once he changed the call, to
match the QSL, they were both correct (again).

I'm still waiting to hear back from him about the third.  It appears
correct in the country file, so I am not aware of the exact problem he
is having.
