[Dx4win] Logging JT65

[Megin Murphy]

Ohhh DX4WIN is connected to my radio and Ignore Mode in Real Time is
unchecked.  When I check it I'm now allowed to change the mode.  Thanks for
that tip!

If you have DX4WIN connected to your radio, then you want to make sure to
uncheck Ignore Mode in Real Time which you can find under the Radio tab in
the upper left corner of the main window.  When you do that, DX4WIN should
change modes automatically as the radio changes modes.

If you do not have DX4WIN connected to your radio, then you have the change
modes manually.

Hello.  Is there a setting I need to change to allow changing the mode from
SSB to JT65 without saving the entry first and going back in?
